Review materials from Step #1 and Step #2. Think about these questions:

What are the challenges/issues that these changes create for Germany?

What are the opportunities that these changes create for Germany?

Students should be formed into 4 groups to examine the challenges and opportunities for Germany of these changes under one topic. Each group will be given one of the topics: Economic, Social, Cultural, or Political.

Each group will use two graphic organizers to examine both the challenges and the opportunities for their topic.
